  Popped in to pay my phone account one day which should have been a 5 minute job. I was stuck in line for 2 hours cause some peanut lost their tracking numbers. It was evident how busy the post office was but that didn't stop them taking up 2 hours of 3 staff members time because they had the memory of a gnat. Its not the first time i have seen that person their either. Serial time consumer; some would even say an expert in the field. You could see the staff member Sarah being very patient and doing so well not to be rude. The chit chat dried up real quick as the hours passed. Not sure why all the reviews here are mostly 1 star though, they did their best with the customer they had.

  I would select half a star if i could. The staff at this post office in particular have forgotten even the basic functions of offering good customer service. The attitudes toward customers, not just myself, is appalling. The staff seem not to be on the same page in regards to there policies. I saw two customers with the same issue of collecting mail for a third party where one customer was provided the mail without any need of documentation and the other told they needed to get more documentation then the signed letter they had (maybe this could have been avoided if the office had a contact number they could have inquired on prior to having to stand in line for 45 mins only to be told to come back). I guess it must come down to luck of the draw and the mood of whoever serves you as to whether you will be serviced or not. I had the time to observe the service of customers due to the painstakingly slow processing of this office. The line was well out the door and the staff seemed to have no urgency in efficiently processing there clients needs. The hourly rate must suit them fine, maybe the system should pay them on the number customers successfully served instead, then we might see the staff attitudes change. Because this type of service is not uncommon in post offices it will only be a matter of time before they will be irrelevant. I am still undecided as to whether this will be a good or bad thing. For the sake of being relevant I urge all post office staff to remind us why we need them.

  Not sure why all the reviews here are mostly 1 star though, I've been here a number of times and staff have always been prompt and helpful. They get SO busy I guess they don't have time to stand and chit chat, but doesn't mean they're being rude.

  I had lost some important business tracking numbers, Paul and John called their Help Desk and managed to pull some strings to help me out throughout this 2 hour ordeal. Anyway, AAA++ helpful service coming from this team. Well done. Thanks, Sarah

  Valerie and Karen are the most lovely and helpful people ever. Every time I enter the store they always acknowledge me with a greeting and a smile. Thank you for making this post office a pleasure to go to.

  It's always busy here. If you think something will take 5 minutes. Allow for at least 15 - 30.
