  Drove past another hairdresser a few days ago and popped in for them to have a look and they did, adviced me to go back and they should fix it for free. A small area was a tad too long.

  After sitting at the hair dressers for 3 hours and paying $200 I was left with a patchy half assed hair dye job. I went in there and asked for balayage/ombre (i didnt want to be fully blonde) but instead they dyed my whole head blonde. The top of my head is a bit brown with a really clear line where the blonde starts. I felt I could trust the hair dresser as she said she had being doing hair for 6 years, and showed me what she was going to do which I was happy with, wrong. The worst bit is not my terrible hair but that the hair dressers actually tried to make me think it looked good when even a hair rookie like me knows it's tragic. Went home and cried then went to another hair dresser, paid more money and got it fixed. They're good at cutting hair but NOTHING ELSE!
