  There was no structure to the hosting of our party & the kids were unsure of how things were to take place or what followed next as the was no clear communication, order or instruction.

  Went for a children's party - very well organised with helpers at each lane (our party had 2 lanes and there were at least 2 more) Regular party fayre laid on, kids liked it, also provided the cake and coffee for the adults. Bowling followed by a play on the arcade machines which gave out reels of tickets which the children redeemed for prizes. All good fun.

  House balls are that heavily covered in oil that maintaining any grip is impossible, using a sz 14 ball has fallen backwards mid grip due to the severe amount of oil buildup on fingers from simply picking a ball up.

  Avoid this place as they have no care and no machinery in the feed to clean oil off of the balls.

  Balls are also old and chipped which increases the amount of oil they collect from the lane on way.

  Venue was adequate, however the equipment ie balls could use replacing & supply more suitable sizing for adult use as well.

  The lanes are in good shape, but I'm not. The staff are friendly and the F&B is reasonable.

  Kids have a great time & a great activity for kids birthday party, however be warned it's not very organised & several parties could cross one another and the private function room is issued first come first serve! We requested a party host as mentioned on our initial investigation & the young girl put in the hard work showing us through the venue & procedure, however on the day the young lady was not allocated to our party which was disappointing as we already built confidence in Courtney, poor management/staffing rostering???
