    Thank you to Katherine Benvenuti, thr Team Leader for all her help. We have booked several holidays. Always receive fantastic service. Katherine is very knowledgeable but listens to your requests. I upgraded my seats on Hawaiian Airlines to Premium Economy even though I had not booked a the initial holiday to Hawaii with her. I recently returned to book a package holiday and once again was greeted with a friendly smile and excellent customer service. Her two off siders Hayley and Jai were also very attentive. Thank you so much for all your help.
