  When ever the accasion arises to call into Dan Murphys, I get great customer service from all staff each time. Huge collection of what your looking for, the Security guard are always friendly and you feel an added security knowing they are there, always helpful to help - unasked with putting my purchase into my car, store is always clean and uncluttered, very busy and hard to get a car park on weekends, so need to go early in day.

  I would like send out a big thank you to the security guard at morley for walking me to my car..he was friendly and polite..and made my experience easy and enjoyable..not to mention taking my safety and that of my toddler to a whole new level..

  Hi – I was at Dan Murphy’s Morley Galleria today and one of your security guards was on duty there. I should have taken his name but overlooked doing that. I have to say he gave me the best service and help possible – I haven’t had such assistance ever before. I am disabled and have a lot of trouble walking – needing a walking frame as a constant companion. I believe the guard is an indigenous person. I didn’t need help when entering the shop but he was quickly by my side guiding me through the door. My order was too much to go into my walking frame basket so a shop trolley was used which one of the assistants pushed to the door where your guard immediately took over taking the trolley out to my car – all the time keeping an eye on the people going in and out of the shop. He put my order into the car, put my frame into the boot, and when I sat in the driving seat he lifted my gammy leg and positioned on the floor of the vehicle. Within a couple of minutes he was helping someone else with taking their trolley to their car. I cannot praise him enough for his courtesy their should be more like him Best wishes Ted Dowling

  Few weeks ago received their expensive glossy magazine in the mail, saw a prosecco i liked the look of ran to store next day sold out. Are u getting more I ask an employee? Dont know if more coming or all out of stock now (and obviously not going to bother to find out for me either).

  I emailed Dans HQ they said got heaps of stock of it coming in but not $20 a bottle now $25. This is totally unfair and fake advertising as the magazine got me to the store to buy it next day I couldnt do much more than that surely.

  Don't waste your time trying to do click and collect online. Says youve reached ur maximum which is garbage. They have stopped it at Morley until after Xmas but instead of letting anyone know they let you spend hours listing you order and only when you try to pay does it hit you with the "You have reached your maximum click and collect." My hubby tried under his name got same message even though never used click and collect b4. So rang the 1300 number to get the info above that customers should have been forewarned of.
