  I rang Myer this afternoon (3 times in succession) to be put through to the Basque area in Women's clothing. 3 times it rang out with no answer nor any re-direction of my calls back to the switchboard. My call was a courtesy call to let them know that I no longer needed an item on hold. I'm not going to call again. Very frustrating.

  When will Myer start running their stores for customers instead of shareholders? There's never any staff. Not on the floor to assist. Not behind the counter. And they seem NEVER to answer the phone in any department.

  Just tried ringing kitchenware in 3 stores. Same result each time. Which is no result at all - no-one picked up. Australia - vote with your feet. Myer aren't listening and don't care.

  I had an incredibly poor, rude and disappointing customer service experience in the designer label department with Manager - Karen. Myer clearly made an error in pricing a coat and refused to give it to us for that price despite stating that it was a "human error". After I stated that other retailers give it for the price displayed even if it's their fault, Manager- Karen stated they apparently don't do that and aren't required to do that. Is this Myer we're talking about? Staff here need to be re-trained. My daughter works here and she states they have a policy of "delighting a customer" which she does when required. However, in my case they just decided to be rude and disrespectful instead.
