    If you don’t have much experience with bikes or bike repairs, your lack of experience may be taken advantage of. I would recommend checking all replacement parts thoroughly before leaving.

    Ask one of the staff if they could help me adjust my son's front breaks. The guy was very friendly and offered his services to adjust my son's front breaks. Feel bad as the guy didn't charge me for it even though he hurt himself in the process. A+ for their excellent service. Keep it up!

    Phoned on the off chance of them finding a bike the other shops in Perth said wasn't available. Cam was of great help not only finding the last one in Australia but arranging a test ride of a similar bike before we decided. great service so far & great attitude. gone the extra mile to assist us in the bike purchase. highly recommend.

    Had arranged to buy a scott spark so the guys built one .circumstances change and i could not go ahead with the purchace. Tim and staff were very understanding and even offered the same deal when i was ready. Very sweet deal at that.thanks guys definitely will come back .highly recommended for value and professionalism.
